Yarn Advent

Welcome to the first Yarn N Yarns Yarn Advent.

This year I thought it would be fun to put together a yarn advent calendar.  Yarn advents have been very popular for the last few years, and it's so lovely to open up a little package of yarn as a treat to yourself during December.

I have decided to put together a few different options so as to make this as accessible to as many people as possible.

In your calendar you will receive either 12 or 24 mini skeins of yarn, each package will be individually wrapped and numbered.

The yarns featured in the calendar will be commercial brands of 4ply yarn and I will be making the yarns up in to mini skeins.  Each day's yarn will of course be a surprise.  You can expect to find some brands that you might be familiar with, but I will also be sourcing some yarns that aren't ordinarily stocked here at Yarn N Yarns specifically for this calendar. The yarns featured will be the usual blend of wool and nylon that many people enjoy for socks, but of course they can also be used for any projects that you like to knit with your 4ply/fingering weight yarns.

I have also added the option of a 13 or 25 day calendar, which will also include an additional 100g skein of yarn as a final special treat to finish off your calendar.

You can choose either a 5g or 10g mini skein option for your calendar, and I am also offering the option of calendars with and without extra treats.  

If you have purchased any of my sock clubs or mystery boxes before you will be familiar with the sorts of 'treats' I usually include, you can expect some sweet treats, hot beverages and other themed items.

Please note that this is a pre-order item. It may seem a little early to be thinking about advents but I will need lots of time to put these boxes together.

Pre-orders will close on 14th July 2023 (should these sell out the pre-order may close early) Orders for calendars going outside of the UK will be shipped at the beginning of November 2023, UK orders will be shipped during the week beginning 13th November 2023.

If you order this item along with any other products from the Yarn N Yarns website they will all be posted together.  Should you wish to receive any other in stock items before this please make a separate order for those items.
