Shipping & Returns

Thank you so much for shopping at Yarn N Yarns, I truly appreciate your support of my small business, I know there are many places to shop for yarn, and it means a lot to me that you have chosen to make your purchase from me.


Items on the site are in stock and ready for dispatch unless marked otherwise.

All items will be sent out Royal Mail First Class (you can also choose to pay extra for tracked and signed options at checkout)

I currently ship orders on Tuesdays and Fridays

  • UK first class usually arrives within 3-5 working days
  • European Shipping usually arrives with 5-10 working days
  • Worldwide Shipping is usually 1-4 weeks depending on where you live

Orders shipped outside of the UK maybe liable for Sales Tax/Import charges, this cost will be your responsibility and is not paid by Yarn N Yarns


I hope that you will be happy with the service you receive from Yarn N Yarns and that your items reach you in perfect condition.  But if you aren’t entirely satisfied with your order please reach out,  I am here to help.

I have a 30 day refund policy, so if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase I will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Your Item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that they arrived to you and in the original manufacturers packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return – 

  • Anything Purchased in the sale section of the website
  • Gift Vouchers
  • Perishable items such as books and magazines

To complete a return you must provide proof of purchase.


I can only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged (please note that yarn often contains joins/knots that happen in the manufacturing process, this is not considered a defect)

If your items are worth more than £20 you might wish to consider a tracked posting service, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, this cost will not be refunded.

Once I have received your item I will contact you to confirm receipt and will arrange for funds to be transferred to you.
