Our very easy and cosy Beginner Knitting Kit Hand warmers are stripey, warm and cosy and a doddle to knit.
Each knitting kit includes a Charlie Button pattern to follow, the right size of needles, and just the right amount of Charlie Button 100% Lancashire wool to complete it. They even have a finishing needle thrown in.
Whether you want to learn to knit or are looking for an inspired present for a creative friend then these knitting kits provide all you need.

- 30grms – Charlie Button Texel DK – Cream
- 20grms – Charlie Button Hebridean DK – Charcoal
- 5mm Straight Needles
- Blunt wide-eyed needle for finishing

Charlie Button Yarns are sourced locally in Lancashire, hand-sorted and then processed in a small one-woman mill in Lincolnshire. 100% British, sustainable and supporting local farmers and businesses.
About Charlie Button Yarns
All the yarns are created from fleeces from farms local to me in Lancashire, UK. They are sorted by hand and then processed and spun by a one-woman mill specialising in small batch processing. This means we can work with much smaller quantities of fleece so we don’t have to blend with other breeds and can get just the yarn we want.
You wont find the same consistency and uniformity as you would from a more commercially produced yarn. The yarn has its own unique identity – just like the sheep it comes from.
Because I worked with a small number of farms, with a smaller number of sheep, the skeins produced are limited and may change every year so make sure you get enough for your project!
